WWE creative team member Ryan Ward has taken a leave of absence after getting married, per Mike Johnson.
As noted earlier here on WrestlePages.com, Ed Kosky has taken over for Ward as the lead writer of SmackDown. Jonathan Baeckstrom is working as lead writer on RAW, reporting directly to Paul Heyman.
Johnson reports WWE Superstars have been told there will be stronger boundaries between RAW and SmackDown this Fall. There is also a possibility the Wild Card rule is eliminated.
WWE is planning a two-night Draft, which will take place in October to freshen up the shows. More on that at this link.
