Pentagon Jr. Undergoes Name Change In AEW

Pentagon Jr. will now be referred to as Penta El Zero M in AEW.

According to Dave Meltzer, the change was made because AAA owns the rights to the Pentagon Jr. name, and AEW didn’t want to run into legal trouble when it comes to merchandising. Similarly, AEW has referred to his partner as Rey Fenix instead of just Fenix.

Pentagon was called Penta El Zero M on Dynamite commentary on Wednesday, and the change has since been reflected on AEW’s roster page.
