WWE was behind schedule on taping tonight’s Monday Night Raw earlier this afternoon.
PWInsider broke the news around 2pm ET, an hour after the show was scheduled to start, that Raw was being heavily re-written. It’s unknown if this was due to a change in creative direction or because of COVID-19 testing issues. As Richard exclusively reported earlier, WWE is still having major issues with testing and cases, which is affecting the company from top to bottom.
WWE finally began taping Raw around 3pm ET, just five hours before it airs on USA Network. It has since been confirmed that Seth Rollins vs. Aleister Black take place in addition to Randy Orton vs. Big Show in an unsanctioned match. We also know that this taping will likely be Kairi Sane’s last in WWE.
