WWE NXT To Run Long In First Head-To-Head Test Against AEW Dynamite?

Tomorrow night will be the first time WWE NXT will air for two hours on the USA Network from 8-10 PM ET, head-to-head with the premiere of AEW Dynamite on TNT. Updated cable television listings have NXT ending on the USA Network at 10:15 PM ET as opposed to 10 PM ET.

While WWE has not confirmed the show will run over, it would not be surprising. It was a tactic of the Monday Night Wars when WWF RAW and WCW Nitro were battling for the shows to start earlier and air longer in attempt to boost viewership.

Tomorrow night’s numbers will be a big story and the reaction from WWE will certainly be interesting, especially if Dynamite were to draw more viewers.
