WWE Summerslam 2020 will take place in Boston, Massachusetts, according to The Boston Globe.
The show will be held at the TD Garden on August 23, 2020, with the company bringing Smackdown to the city on 8/21, NXT TakeOver: Boston on 8/22 and Monday Night Raw the night after the PPV on 8/24.
Boston has never hosted Summerslam and hasn’t hosted a WWE pay-per-view since Survivor Series in 2013.

STAMFORD, Conn., August 8, 2019 – WWE®(NYSE: WWE) today announced that Boston will host SummerSlamWeek in August 2020 with SummerSlam, SmackDown® Live, Monday Night Raw® and NXT® taking place at TD Garden over four consecutive nights.
2020 Key Dates:
SummerSlam is more than just a one-day event, it’s a multi-day celebration, as WWE will host a series of activities including autograph signings and community outreach programs designed to leave a lasting impact throughout the New England region.
