Triple H confirmed on a NXT Takeover 31 media call that Tegan Nox did indeed suffer a torn ACL and has undergone surgery to repair the injury. The procedure was a success.
This is Nox’s third ACL tear in as many years. As we reported here on WrestlingNews.com, Nox tore the ACL in her right knee in 2017. She returned in April 2018 but tore the ACL in her left knee. She returned in June 2019.
She is out of action indefinitely.
