Braun Strowman Loses Sixth Universal Championship Match In Two Years

With Braun Strowman being unsuccessful at beating Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship at Clash of Champions, that marks the sixth time in two years he’s gone under for the belt.

In addition to Clash of Champions, he has lost in Universal Title matches at SummerSlam ’17, No Mercy ’17, Royal Rumble ’18, Hell in a Cell ’18 and Crown Jewel ’18.

There were apparently discussions about taking the title off Seth Rollins, per WrestleVotes but that obviously did not happen.
