The NXT UK Twitter account posted a video of Cesaro arriving at the arena before the event.
He was asked, what he meant about a “hands on look” from Monday Night Raw.
He explained, “I’m issuing an open challenge to anyone in the NXT UK locker room, to step up and step into the ring with Cesaro.”
