The next WWE NXT TakeOver event will be taking place on October 4th. With less than a week left, WWE is making sure the event has a stacked card. Another title match has been added to the card.
It was announced by the company that Isaiah “Swerve” Scott will be receiving a chance at the NXT Cruiserweight Title at the TakeOver event. He will be squaring off against Escobar for the title.
It is likely this match will be the final match to be added depending on Tyler Breeze’s status. Breeze has been absent since the previous week’s episode of NXT.
It was also said that a former NXT Champion will be making an appearance at the TakeOver event.
