Impact Wrestling Announces Slammiversary Main Event, Next Week’s Match Card

– Impact Wrestling promised an update on the status of the World Championship, and they certainly delivered on Tuesday.

Scott D’Amore appeared on-screen to announce that Tessa Blanchard will be back at Slammiversary to defend the World Championship in a five-way main event against Michael Elgin, Eddie Edwards, Ace Austin, and Trey Miguel.

– Former NXT star Deonna Purrazzo made her successful debut at the end of this week’s Impact by taking down Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace.

– Next week’s Impact Wrestling will feature the following matches:

  • Rhino vs. Rohit Raju
  • Eddie Edwards vs. Ace Austin in a Street Fight
  • Hernandez vs. Moose (c) – TNA World Heavyweight Championship
  • The Rascalz vs. The North (c) – Impact Tag Team Championship
