Riho won the AEW Women’s World Championship in a match against Nyla Rose on the premiere episode of AEW Dynamite Wednesday night on TNT.
The closing sequence saw Riho hit a series of forearms and a superplex off the middle rope. She got a two count, hit double knees to the back and another to the face to land the cover and the pinfall.
Riho will go down as the inaugural Women’s Champion of the promotion. You can check out the title embedded below:
