It is being reported via Sports Illustrated that Cody Rhodes will be announcing Arn Anderson as his new manager on the Wednesday, January 1st episode of Dynamite. This wouldn’t be the first time Rhodes has used Anderson as he appeared during the match at All Out in August to help Rhodes.

There is potential that somewhere down the road, this could lead to a turn on Rhodes from Anderson as he and the Rhodes family have legitimate real life issues with one another dating back to the NWA. However, seeing as that Rhodes has major pull and say in AEW, you would think that hatchet has been buried or Anderson likely would not have signed on for this role.
Cody is scheduled to go one on one this Wednesday against Darby Allin in a rematch from Fyter Fest in June.
