Keith Lee wants the NXT Championship, but it may come with a cost.
NXT General Manager William Regal announced on Wednesday that Keith Lee will defend the NXT North American Championship against Johnny Gargano and Finn Balor on the June 24th episode of NXT.
The winner of that match will go on to face NXT Champion Adam Cole in a Winner Takes All championship match on July 8th. There’s no word yet on if WWE has plans to crown a double champion, but the big title match will go head-to-head with Part 2 of AEW’s pre-taped Fyter Fest special.
Also confirmed for next week’s episode on June 24th is Karrion Kross vs. Bronson Reed and Damian Priest vs. Cameron Grimes.
