Tonight at 11pm EST is the debut of the new show WWE Backstage on FS1. Here are some notes of what you might come across during the broadcast, including who is confirmed to appear and some “backstage” news:
On CM Punk Debuting:
– Punk has stated multiple times since the rumors of him joining WWE Backstage that he has NOT been contacted back by anyone from the production to officially join. He has also stated on multiple instances that he does not even watch wrestling any longer. Based on this, don’t expect him to show up tonight, unless he’s playing a really good poker face!
Firefly Funhouse:
– Bray Wyatt will be on the debut episode for a special edition of Firefly Funhouse where he will display his new Universal Championship. Nothing more is known beyond those details of what to expect.
