PWInsider is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Sting is in talks to return to WWE television soon to set up a return match at WWE’s next Saudi Arabia event on Feb. 27th.
Sting officially retired from in-ring competition during his 2016 Hall of Fame induction after suffering a life-threatening injury against Seth Rollins at Night of Champions 2015.
If Sting is cleared to compete, speculation is stirring that he could finally step into the ring with The Undertaker or find himself in an alliance against Seth Rollins and his faction.
However, there is no concrete evidence, as of this writing, that Sting is indeed returning, but it’s something to keep our eyes on as a few open spots remain in the Royal Rumble match tonight.
