It may be time to adjust our expectations for the viewership numbers for the premiere of AEW Dynamite that just concluded on TNT.
The “Road to AEW Dynamite” preview special that aired on Tuesday night drew 631,000 viewers, according to Mitch Metcalf.
The numbers that will be released tomorrow will tell a big story as to who won Week 1 of the Wednesday Night Wars between AEW and WWE NXT. With NXT hanging around the one million mark the past two weeks, it will be interesting to see if AEW Dynamite can blow by that important benchmark.
