Alberto Del Rio has been on a downward spiral for a long time. He was indicted for aggravated kidnapping and second-degree sexual assault. He was indicted by a Texas Grand Jury. Now it seems a trial date has been set for Del Rio.
The former WWE and Impact Wrestling star was arrested and charged with a second-degree sexual assault felony and aggravated kidnapping back in May of this year. The main charge is still aggravated kidnapping.
According to a report by PW Insider, Del Rio’s trial date will be on January 25th, 2021.
The charges against Del Rio could see him serving the maximum sentence, which would be 99 years in prison.
