AEW posted a graphic photo on Twitter of Cody’s face following a nasty bump he took during his World Championship match at Full Gear.
It was noted in the tweet that Cody suffered a costochondral separation and requited 8 stitches to close the wound above his right eye. He is currently not cleared to compete.

On a related note, Adam Page and Joey Janela are said to be fine after possible injuries during their respective matches at Full Gear.
There’s no word yet on the condition of Jon Moxley and Kenny Omega following their brutal Lights Out match.
