Daniel Cormier took to Twitter to comment on the debut of Cain Velasquez on Smackdown this past Friday. It is well known that Cormier has a very strong disdain for Brock Lesnar, especially since the incident that took place at UFC 226 last year (seen above). Cormier has said repeatedly since then he wants Brock in the octagon, but Brock keeps refusing.
Following the debut of Velasquez, Cormier posted the following on Twitter:
Come on Brock go ahead, we know how this ends lol @cainmma pic.twitter.com/G2ma22Gbkb

And the other post from his Instagram (since removed), courtesy of Marc Raimondi of ESPN (WARNING! STRONG LANGUAGE):

Earlier this year, at the ESPY’s, Cormier was seen on video with Triple H and commented about Brock backing out of his planned match after abruptly “retiring” from UFC (1:48 mark):
Is @dc_mma on his way to @WWE? @CatherineKelley gets the inside scoop from the #ESPYS red carpet! @TripleH @StephMcMahon @ESPYS pic.twitter.com/8sZlnxtCFx

Will all this lead to Cormier being next to WWE to face against Brock Lesnar? Stay tuned because it’s getting interesting!
