As noted yesterday, David Benoit recently stated during a podcast interview that he was interested in joining AEW and that he’s no longer allowed backstage at WWE events.
The latter seems to not be true as Natalya posted a photo with Benoit and Tyson Kidd backstage at Saturday’s live event in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

Benoit was backstage at an Edmonton house show in March and was photographed wearing AEW gear, as seen below:
