Per the stipulation set by Dolph Ziggler, he can use “extreme rules.” McIntyre cannot and if he does, he loses the WWE Championship
– Drew McIntyre (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler announces he wants an “extreme rules” match but for him. If Drew McIntyre does anything outside of a normal sanctioned wrestling match, he will drop the WWE Championship.

McIntyre was able to get a near fall, gaining control on the outside but rolling the challenger back in. McIntyre wanted to use a table on a suplex spot but got creative after thinking twice. After the near fall, Ziggler hit a heavy low blow on McIntyre right in the middle of the ring. Ziggler put steel chairs in the ring. Ziggler hit a couple big chair shots and got a cover.

Ziggler continued to use the stipulation to his advantage, going post-to-post on the champion. Out of nowhere, McIntyre landed a massive clothesline. He also landed a nice sit-down powerbomb.

Ziggler had a massive spot with a flying elbow out of the ring onto McIntyre, who was laid out on a table.

McIntyre was able to get back in the ring but only to take the Zig Zag again. Dolph yelled, “Why won’t you die?” in frustration. While Ziggler unraveled, throwing chairs out the ring, it gave McIntyre time to recover. Ziggler sized him up but McIntyre responded with a Claymore kick.

Winner and STILL WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre
