Huge WWE Star Arrested For DWI In North Carolina

Jeff Hardy was arrested on Thursday and charged with Driving While Impaired, reports PWInsider.com.

The arrest happened in Moore County, North Carolina as local police confirmed Hardy was released from custody on Thursday night. No additional details were released due to the situation being an ongoing investigation.

Hardy, who remains under WWE contract, was arrested for public intoxication and impairment in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina last July.

Hardy has been away from WWE due to knee surgery he had in May. At the time, it was expected that he would be out six to nine months.
