Jeff Hardy is due in court on Nov. 7 to respond to charges of Driving While Impaired in North Carolina.
Hardy will be replaced by Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross at a scheduled appearance at the 16th annual Ringside Fest on Nov. 3 in New York City. For those interested in attending, click here for more information.
Hardy, who remains under WWE contract, was arrested for public intoxication and impairment in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina last July. He has been away from WWE due to knee surgery he had in May. At the time, it was expected that he would be out six to nine months.
