WWE NXT play-by-play announcer Mauro Ranallo announced on Twitter that he is “currently in outpatient treatment for five hours a day Monday to Friday” to treat his bipolar disorder.
Ranallo, 49, who is one of the best known names in combat play-by-play, stated he’s excited for live commentary when WWE NXT moves to the USA Network next month.
It’s a daily battle comprised of small goals ; a routine . I am currently in outpatient treatment for 5 hours a day Monday to Friday. I choose to keep fighting the good fight despite the amount of times I’ve been knocked down by my chronic bipolar disorder. ❤️?? https://t.co/Mo6xftUjVc

Richard Reacts: I certainly wish Mauro the best. Some may wonder why I posted this and it’s because I would like for the stigma regarding mental health disorders to end. They are real health issues, experienced by millions of people each day. It’s not something out of the ordinary and it’s something that needs to be treated, just like any other type of illness. If you are suffering, you are not alone, seek help.
