Tom Phillips has transitioned to the play-by-play announcer for WWE NXT UK.
His role was revealed at today’s tapings, where he called the action with Nigel McGuinness providing color commentary. Here’s confirmation from Twitter:

Phillips replaces Vic Joseph, who is now the play-by-play announcer for RAW.
