YOSHI-HASHI, Tomohiro Ishii and Hirooki Goto are the new NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Champions.
The trio beat SHO, Toru Yano and Kazuchika Okada in the main event of Saturday’s NJPW Summer Struggle night eight show. The promotion also debuted their new #NJPWCheer tool that allows fans to send reactions using their smartphones. NJPW had discouraged fans from cheering while in attendance to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the building.
