NWA Forms New Partnership For Live Weekly Pay-Per-Views

The National Wrestling Alliance, the United Wrestling Network, and Thunder Studios have formed a partnership to present live, weekly, 90-minute pay-per-view events on Fite starting on Tuesday, September 15.

According to United Wrestling Network’s announcement via Twitter, these events will emanate from Thunder Studios’ Long Beach Studios in California. NWA and UWN’s championships will be prominently featured.

NWA suspended operations in March when the pandemic forced shutdowns around the globe. The status of the company was in doubt earlier this summer when VP David Lagana stepped down in wake of sexual assault accusations. Despite the recent turn of events, President Billy Corgan was adamant that NWA is not and will not be for sale.
