DirecTV has WWE SummerSlam 2019 rated as a TV-14 event on their official listing. You can check it out in a screen capture below:

Whether or not this was an oversight or WWE is really pushing past their TV-PG rating remains to be seen. It is of note that Vince McMahon is reportedly concerned about losing their teenage demographic once All Elite Wrestling premieres on TNT in October, per Dave Meltzer.
One of the things Vince is doing to counteract that is to push “edgier” content but it’s unknown if this means blowing past the PG label the company has been committed to for over a decade.
