As things currently stand, Trish Stratus will compete in her final match at Sunday’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view.
Stratus confirmed as much on Twitter, tweeting, “That’s a wrap on media day #1! First flight out of Detroit then hopped right into media talking about taking on @MsCharlotteWWE in my FINAL match this Sunday … now on my way home to my littles!!!”
In an interview on Busted Open Radio, Stratus said she felt like her bout against Charlotte Flair [at SummerSlam] was a good final ending because there isn’t really anything more than this.
Trish, 42, will compete at WWE’s biggest show of the summer in front of her hometown crowd in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
