The biggest story coming out of Friday (so far) is that WWE is changing their taping schedule once again.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, WWE will air “live” episodes of Raw, NXT, and SmackDown every other week. On the same day that “live” episodes air, WWE will tape the following week’s episode. Ryan Satin has a detailed breakdown here.
PWInsider confirmed this is the case to cut down on talent travel. Their report also states that WWE recently filmed content for Money in the Bank on the roof of WWE HQ in Stamford.
There’s no word yet on if this content was for advertising purposes, pre-show material, or if a match was pre-taped on top of Titan Towers.
Anything is possible right now after WWE the success of the Boneyard and Firefly Fun House matches at WrestleMania 36.
