While next January will mark six years since CM Punk has appeared in a WWE ring, it hasn’t stopped fans from routinely chanting his name.
Last night at a live event in Lima, Peru, WWE Champion Kofi Kingston beat Daniel Bryan to retain.
During the match, Bryan yelled something to the crowd that got them to start chanting “CM Punk.” Bryan responded by hitting Punk’s GTS finisher twice on Kofi. The crowd wanted a third but Kofi countered and hit one himself.
