Bill Goldberg called Roman Reigns a joke during an interview with the American Monster Productions YouTube channel.
One of the things Goldberg is known for is headbutting lockers before matches, sometimes busting his forehead open before walking out to the ring. Roman made reference to this when addressed a fan back in January.
“Nothing to explain Nick,” Reigns tweeted. “It’s a little piece of pad. So I don’t break my hand on steel grate. I gotta perform like 48 weeks a year man. So that would be stupid. It would be like, head butting a door before my match level of stupid. Anyway, have a good day Nick.”

In the interview, Goldberg called Reigns a joke and stated he never really explained his whole though process on it. Goldberg explained he had to do certain things for his character and he wanted to make his character as violent as humanly possible.
Goldberg was set to face Reigns at WrestleMania 36 this year but those plans changed when Reigns pulled out due to concerns regarding COVID-19. Goldberg ended up working Braun Strowman, a match in which he lost for the WWE Universal Championship.
