WWE has announced Daniel Bryan will return to WWE on Friday’s SmackDown season premiere. This will be Bryan’s first appearance in the ThunderDome.

Additionally, The Street Profits will defend their new SmackDown Tag Team Championship against Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode.

- Daniel Bryan returns
- Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode vs. The Street Profits (c) for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship
- Jeff Hardy vs. Lars Sullivan
- The New Day’s SmackDown farewell vs. Sheamus, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura
- Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns (c) for the Universal Championship
