WWE NXT Results (11/25/20) – WarGames Advantage Ladder Match

Welcome to our live coverage of tonight’s episode of WWE NXT on USA Network. Tonight’s episode will feature a ladder match to determine the men’s WarGames advantage.

Kevin Owens is filling in for Wade Barrett on commentary.

Candice LeRae def. Ember Moon via pinfall after Indi Hartwell got in the mix. Dakota and Raquel were at ringside. Toni Storm comes out to apparently make the save, but ends up turning on Ember. Dakota and Raquel continue beating Ember down. It looks like Candice has found her teammates.

In a pre-tape, Legado del Fantasma hype their impact in NXT’s cruiserweight division. Curt Stallion looks to be their next rival.

Undisputed Era arrive and come out to the ring. They hype tonight’s WarGames advantage match, which they are undefeated in. Kyle O’Reilly speaks up and says he needs to fight Pete Dunne in the ladder match tonight after what happened at Halloween Havoc. Cole says Dunne will fight an angry Kyle O’Reilly.

Backstage, LeRae confirms Dakota, Raquel, and Toni Storm will be her WarGames teammates.

Kushida def. Timothy Thatcher via submission after Tommaso Ciampa’s presence at ringside provided enough distraction. Ciampa vs. Thatcher continues to be likely for WarGames.

A video package on Io vs. Rhea from last week airs. A WWE doc ways in about the brutality. Rhea questions where she goes from here. She will appear live later tonight.

Kevin Owens leaves the announce desk and heads to the ring for the KO Show with Leon Ruff. Owens gets Ruff hyped up about being champion before Gargano comes out and claims Ruff never “beat” him. Priest also joins the conversation. Regal eventually comes out and announces a triple threat title match for TakeOver: WarGames.

Finn Balor says he laid the groundwork for war last week. He is back and will have his eyes out on whoever wins WarGames.

Cameron Grimes def. Jake Atlas via pinfall. Dexter Lumis showed up and threw a strap at Grimes. Backstage, Regal informs Grimes that he will face Lumis in a Strap Match at TakeOver.

Rhea Ripley is out to address her future. She says hugging Io was a sign of respect, but she still has her eyes on the title. Candice and Toni interrupt. Candice says Rhea can’t back up her talk. Raquel and Dakota walk out with Io draped over Raquel’s shoulders. Rhea brawls with the foursome. Rhea loses to the numbers game.

Xia Li and Boa arrive at an unknown location and both are looking rough. They plead with a clothed, dark figure.

Ever-Rise are in the ring for action but get attacked by the returning Grizzled Young Veterans.

Gargano and LeRae are excited about TakeOver and they leave with an injured Indi Hartwell and another Ghostface in the car.

Ladder Match: Pete Dunne def. Kyle O’Reilly to earn the WarGames advantage for his team. O’Reilly fought back so many times and almost had it won before a masked man, very well Pat McAfee who was absent, pushed Kyle off the ladder.

Lorcan & Burch celebrate with Dunne to close the show.
