FS1 will be the home of Friday Night Smackdown for this week. The company is moving the show to FS1 this week owing to Major League Baseball’s World Series. WWE Backstage is also returning for one night only this week. However, it seems WWE had other plans as well.
WWE Backstage will air right after the conclusion of Friday Night Smackdown. According to a report by PW Insider, this was not the initial plan. It was reported that the initial plan was to air Talking Smack on FS1 following SmackDown, but that did not end up happening.
It was not explained why the company had no desire of airing Talking Smack on FS1. We will have to see what takes place during WWE Backstage this week.
