A COVID-19 outbreak took place in WWE recently. The company issued an order that any employee who was present at the WWE Performance Center on October 16th had to self-quarantine for two weeks. The belief is that it was a coach who tested positive for the virus and then returned to work despite that.
According to a report by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the infected coach returned on October 23rd. Every employee who trained with the coach at that time had to quarantine themselves for two weeks.
It was also said that there were more positive COVID-19 results in NXT. However, Superstars who appeared on television were not included.
There were apparently other positives but they were mostly people new to the system that were around him and nobody that appeared on NXT television.
Only one person was removed from the NXT Halloween Havoc event and that was Indi Hartwell. She was going to be the one who wore the Scream mask but she had to quarantine herself.
