The COVID-19 pandemic has brought the world to a standstill and has taken many lives, including from the world of professional wrestling. We are sad to announce that a UK independent scene wrestler by the name of Cameron Wellington has passed away due to the virus. He was only 19 years of age.
According to a report by the Daily Mail, he passed away due to COVID-19. He was diagnosed with the novel coronavirus last Tuesday and he was taken to the hospital by his mother the next day in Walsall, England. He left this world two days after he tested positive.
His parents told the Daily Mail that he was “fit and healthy” before he was diagnosed but he had to be put on dialysis and placed in the Intensive Care Unit.
