Finn Balor’s Latest Setback, Concern For Scott Hall, Heat On Lana, Is Retribution Finished?

How long will Finn Balor be out due to his fractured jaw?

Finn Balor had surgery to repair a broken jaw last Friday. He suffered two separate fractures and had to have a tooth removed that was involved. Three plates were used to fixate the fractures and no wires were needed after surgery. He is considered to be out indefinitely but WWE is hopeful they can get him back towards the end of November.

Have you heard rumors Scott Hall is drinking again?

Scott Hall was involved in a virtual meet and greet over the weekend for Dark Parlor Originals. It ended early due to concerns over Hall’s condition. I don’t know if he is drinking or using or what. What I do know is addiction is a lifelong struggle and I wish Scott the best. It is frustrating after so many people have gone to bat for him yet he seems to be back in a dark place. However, that is the nature of addiction and all we can do to as fans is to give Scott his space and hope he gets better.

Is Lana’s heat over after getting buried for weeks following Miro’s AEW promo?

Lana has been put through multiple tables since Miro told Vince McMahon to kiss his ass on live AEW TV. We have noticed it and several of our readers have noticed it. Was this a humbling? It certainly would not surprise us but her going over in the Raw main event is significant. Whether or not she poses a real challenge to Asuka remains to be seen but a win is significant. My biggest gripe about the WWE Raw Women’s Championship right now is they are going through the challengers with no build to the title matches.

With Mustafa Ali and Retribution scrapped from Monday’s Raw, is it clear the faction is just no longer a priority?

Retribution has been going downhill since it was learned they had been offered main roster contracts. WWE scrapped Ali’s promo due to time constraints and he did his best to kayfabe it on Twitter. The company took another major step back with Retribution by drafting them to Raw. What possible explanation can be given for offering a group who has literally vowed to destroy the company contracts? Now they’re drafted to Raw? The faction will continue but I expect it to fizzle out barring a last minute hail mary.
