Sin Cara Denied WWE Release But Removed From Next Week’s TV

Sin Cara’s request to be released from WWE is not going to be approved.

However, he was initially scheduled for TV at the end of the European tour but will instead be going home and will not be working next week’s Monday Night RAW in Boston, MA.

CJ posted the news earlier here on WrestlePages.com that Cara has formally and publicly asked for his release from the company. Cara has three years remaining on his WWE contract and is interested in working for the MMA promotion Combates America.

WWE talent asking for and being denied their release isn’t all that uncommon as both Luke Harper and Mike Kanellis also asked to be released but their requests were denied.
