Sonya Deville Gets Permanent Restraining Order Against Stalker

Sonya Deville had a horrific stalker incident a few months. A stalker called Philip A Thomas invaded her home and attempted to kidnap her. He had been planning on doing so for several months before carrying out his plan.

Fortunately, his attempt failed and he is currently in jail. He continued to harass Deville by having his mail forwarded to her home.

The court issued a restraining order issued against him and now it seems it will be permanent. According to a report by Fox 13 Tampa Bay, a hearing was held yesterday. It was said during the hearing that Deville’s temporary protection injunction against Thomas was extended indefinitely until his criminal trial is done with.

Thomas will be appearing before the Court in December where he will be answering for his charges of Aggravated Stalking, Armed Burglary of a Dwelling, Attempted Armed Kidnapping, and Criminal Mischief.

He will be defended by a public prosecutor.
