The Miz and Maryse have purchased a new $6.4 million mansion in Thousand Oaks, CA, according to Variety.
The home is located in the North Ranch Estates gated community and is 10,400 square feet with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It was built in 2001 and is on 1.27 acres. The prior owners purchased it for $6 million in 2018.
The WWE couple sold their Texas home last month for approximately $2.64 million, banking a profit from the $2.35 million they paid for it in 2017.
