Current WWE Superstar To Challenge For The Universal Championship At Hell In A Cell?

With WWE Clash of Champions right around the corner, all eyes will eventually turn to WWE’s annual specialty PPV, Hell in a Cell. While we don’t know the card, it looks as if we may know a potential challenger for the Universal Championship.

Hell in a Cell will take place from the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California. Their twitter account says that “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt has issued a challenge to either Seth Rollins or Braun Strowman for match inside Hell in a Cell. This will presumably be for the WWE Universal Championship.

The Fiend has been terrorizing the WWE roster as of late, and it appears he have his sights set on his second world title. His last championship win was at the 2017 Elimination Chamber PPV, when he defeated five other superstars to become the WWE Champion.

As always, the card is subject to change, and it remains to be seen if this is the direction WWE is going with.

WWE Hell in a Cell takes place on Sunday, October 6 at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California.
